How much do Santa letter's cost?
Each Santa letter costs £4.95 and includes free worldwide delivery. Although we do currently have a special offer of 4 letters for the price of 3. The price is the same for both UK and Non UK addressed letters.

How will my Santa letter be personalised?
In addition the child's name and address we will personalise your letter further by incorporating as many of the following details as you may wish to add. The order screen will contain great default answers to some of the questions and the letter will still read well even if none or only some of the details are given:

Sorry, but it is not possible to show you an automated copy of your finished letter. We believe our personalised letters are superior to any other Santa letters available on the web but if for any reason you are not totally satisfied we offer you a full money back guarantee! When can I order a letter from Santa?
Anytime from now until the day before the Royal Mail's Last Posting Date for Christmas 2007. We recommend that letters are ordered as soon as possible.

When will my Santa letter arrive?
For letters going to a UK address:
Letters will be posted first class on 1st December for all orders received prior to this
date. For orders received on or after 1st December we aim for all letters to be posted first
class within 3 days
of receipt of the order, up to the
Last Posting
Date.
For letters going abroad:
Letters will be posted by airmail on 1st December for all orders received
prior to this date. For orders received on or after 1st December we aim for all
letters to
be posted by airmail within 3 days of receipt of the order, up to the

Can a Santa letter be sent to an address outside the UK?
Yes, at no extra charge. Please see Last Posting Dates but remember that a letter will stand a better chance of reaching its destination before Christmas the earlier it is posted.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Switch/Maestro, Solo, Visa Delta and Visa Electron. Unfortunately we have no facility to accept orders when payment is by cheque.

How secure are my credit/debit card details?
We use PayPal to process our credit/debit card payments. PayPal is a well established company specialising in electronic payment processing and for added security you are directed to their secure server to enter your card details. Your card details and are not seen or stored by ourselves. You do not need an account with PayPal to make credit/debit card payments.

Do you pass my details to any other Company?
No. Lion eTraders Ltd have a policy of not passing order details on to any other company. Our company is registered with the Information Commissioner as required by the Data Protection Act - registration number Z9128406.

Is there a money back guarantee?
Yes! We aim to provide a quality service and hope that our customers will continue to use us for many years to come. We also hope that customers will recommend our Santa letters to their friends. In the unlikely event that you are not 100% satisfied with our service then please return your letter to us within 30 days of the letter being sent and we will happily refund your money in full. Why are free Christmas stickers only included with letters for children aged 3 years and over?
We have been informed by our sticker manufacturer that their Christmas stickers, in common with virtually all stickers available from other manufacturers, are only suitable for children aged 3 years and over. For safety reasons we therefore feel it would not be right for us to include free stickers when we know a letter is for a child younger than 3 years old.
